A: Our office is located in Ubud center of art. If you intend to visit us please call to make an appointment to ensure we are available to meet with you.

Q: How to order ?
A: Create new account and then add the item to basket cart. Within 2x24 hour we will send you a sales order with estimated shipping cost to your destination.

Q: Do you have a minimum quantity for an order ?
A: Yes the minimum quantity for individual products is listed in our pricelist and a minimum order of US$ 2,000 (Product only ) is required.

Q: Do You Offer Discounts for large orders ?
A: Yes... we offer the following discounts for large orders,
Orders above US$ 10,000.00 receive a 5% discount from the published pricelist.

Q: How long will it take for you to prepare my order ?
A: This depends on what and how much you order. After recieving the deposit the production time for small order within one week to ten days. For large order we can complete a 20' or 40' container within 4 to 5 weeks.

Q: How long will the shipping take ?
A: Single items or small consignments ( LCL, Samples ) from our catalogue can be at your door via Air Freight within 2-5 days, For full or partial containers the final destination is the key, when you place an order for a container load, we will provide you with a definitive shipping schedule for the port nearest your location. Q: What are your payment terms and conditions ?
A: We request wire payment via Bank to Bank. At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the total invoice. The balance, the final 50% to be paid when the shipment ready to be delivered to the port. Our bank details are available on request by email or fax.

Q: Do you accept Credit Card or Letter of Credit payment ?
A: We do not accept credit card payment. The cost of an LC ( Letter of Credit ) whilst being a secure method of payment is prohibitive by the surcharges and complexities of the banking institutions of Indonesia.

Q: Do you warranty the products you sell ?
A: Yes, within the following parameters: We offer a total replacement guarantee on all our products should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition. Any warranty claims should be filed within 7 days of receiving your consignment and accompanied by photographs or other evidence of the problem incurred. We strive to provide the highest quality products and guarantee these items will reach you in good condition. We are sure you will treat the goods with due respect until your customers take possession of them. At the time the goods pass to a third party we can no longer be responsible. However should there be any complaint we will endeavor to resolve the matter in a fair and just manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
